The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Clery Act, is a federal law that requires institutions of higher education to disclose information regarding campus security and personal safety.

In accordance with the Clery Act, Brown & Clermont Adult Career Campuses publishes an Annual Security Report on the webpage at bccareer.org under the "About" tab. The Annual Security Report contains information regarding campus security and personal safety as well as matters of importance related to security on campus. Crime statistics for the campus geography is provided for the three previous calendar years.
